Breakfasts in Hong Kong is always great, it could be in a restaurant with timsum or like this simple porridge joint

While waiting for your porridge to be freshly made can order their fun-cheong or our chee cheong fun. I like the Hong Kong style with peanut sauce and chili

Here comes the porridge - lean meat with pork liver

Submerine u-char-kway this is how I like it

Shop Nos. 2068-70, Second Level, Elements, No.1 Austin Road West, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, Tel (852) 2196 8133

Never know XueGe 雪蛤 or hasma can be use as a soup as I always thought it s for sweet soup only. Super delicious

The things in the soup

Night music and wine at the Intercontinental over looking Hong Kong Island - highly recommended for a nice night view of Hong Kong island. Take note that drinks are a little expensive here.
