Opposition Veteran Goh Meng Seng says Hong Kong is better than Singapore, so it must be true!

Goh Meng Seng always love to compare the living standards of Singapore to Hong Kong.

He claims that Hong Kong is better in terms of everything from housing to public transport to healthcare etc....

But what did the 2016 Mercer ranking for the Quality of living around the world ranks Singapore & Hong kong? Is someone delusional?
