Then please explain how you reinforce the surface tension without any trace of soil being washed down the steep slope and yet allow water to seep well into the slope.

You got see Jurong one before? They build one long road which point to a old condo but does not reach the condo at the Lakeside MRT there then seal the entrance for 10 years. The road goes to nowhere and disallow people to use. 10 YEARS! Try to beat that.

1. I do not agree to replacing soil with concrete, that is why i "sigh". It destroys the natural environment (what little is left of it here).

2. With reinforcement of the slope and the erosion is reduced to "traces" of soil, the raisers along the length of the drain are sufficient to keep the it out of the drainage system.

3. By doing so, the natural environment is not destroyed.

Lastly, if you are earning public money, use your brain and try to earn your keep.

Need To Check SAF

Equipment in SAF is expensive. ST is the company under ... it does maintenance and prototype for SAF ... One of my ex-colleagues told me that one of the ST companies charged 20 times the amount for a work done by a junior engineer to another associate company ... just imagine how much it charged for about eight engineers ? Let's say $2.5k times 19 times 8 = $380k ... Wah ! Huat ah ! Remember, these monies will go to ... It's all from the taxpayers monies.

I have seem quite a few instance that something was build but modified or tore down after a couple of years. Looking around my neighbourhood that are lots of money wasting projects.
