hmm, am really very curious, how RMP so very able, very capable and very competent that they arrested the suspect in the Kovan double murder in 30 mins?

What's so hard about arresting somebody? Surround him, Say: You are under arrest, Put handcuffs, Done

Shouldn't take longer than 2 minutes!
