【星島日報報道】(星島日報報道)公屋輪候冊現時有近二十七萬宗申請,平均輪候時間長達五點五年。房署去年四月向約二十五萬公屋戶發入息及資產申報表,結果發現有約五百六十戶因家庭入息或資產分別超額五倍或一百倍、或在港擁有住宅物業,需要遷出並交回公屋單位,是前年十月修訂富戶政策後首次進行大規模審查,首批需遷走的富戶,數字較署方過去平均每年收回的公屋數量高出一倍。
房署前年十月正式實施新公屋富戶政策,隨後即向約一千一百公屋戶派發申報表,要求申報入息及資產,當中十四戶被剔出輪候冊。房署發言人回覆查詢時表示,去年四月展開第二輪申報工作,向約二十五萬公屋戶發出入息及資產申報表,結果發現有約五百六十戶因入息或資產超出限額五倍或一百倍,或在港擁有住宅物業,需要遷出並交回公屋單位;署方上月底已向有關富戶發出遷出通知書。
據署方統計,過去五年平均數字從繳交額外租金租戶收回的單位約有二百八十個,是次申報卻一次過收回一倍數量的單位;至於需要繳付額外租金的租戶數字,發言人表示仍在整理有關資料,暫時未能提供有關數字。
目前全港約有二萬六千四百個需繳交額外租金的公屋富戶,數目較一七/一八年度增加約一成三,約佔全港公屋住戶戶數百分之三點六。而在前年十月,涉約一千一百個公屋戶的申報周期,當中約八十多戶需要繳交額外租金。
不少公屋戶近年也會在房署審查前,刪除家庭成員戶籍,希望「保住」公屋單位。署方最新數字顯示,去年第四季有約九千三百人獲批刪除公屋戶籍,全年合共四萬一千五百人刪除公屋戶籍,是自二○一三年以來新高,亦是連續第二年突破4萬宗。數字佔全港公屋居民數目近百分之二,較前年全年略多約四百人。
房署表示,公屋住戶收到遷出通知書後,若有困難不能如期遷出,可在「遷出通知書」期限屆滿前向所屬屋邨辦事處申請在現居公屋單位暫時居住;署方將視乎實際需要批出「定期暫准居住證」,有效期由終止租約日期起計,最長十二個月。在有效期屆滿日或以前,持證人必須將公屋單位騰空交回房署。

The validity period is from the date of termination of the tenancy agreement for a maximum period of 12 months.
