When Hong Kong woman Pan Xiaoying traveled to Taiwan in February of this year, she was suspected of being killed by her boyfriend. The Ministry of Justice of Taiwan issued a press release on Thursday (3rd) indicating that the Shilin Land Prosecutor's Office had found it necessary to supplement the judicial assistance request with the Hong Kong authorities because of the discovery of new facts and new evidence concerning the case. Therefore, it has filed a second justice with the Taiwan Legal Affairs Department. The Mutual Request, the Taiwan Legal Affairs Department has transferred the Mainland Council of the Executive Yuan to the Hong Kong authorities.

The Shilin Land Prosecutor’s Office revealed to the Dongwang reporter that the prosecutor had found new DNA in the bones of the dead person’s peritoneal cavity and had been judged as a group of fetal DNA. He requested the Hong Kong authorities to provide Chen’s suspect’s DNA for comparison. In addition, when the Taiwan side investigates, new records obtained must also be verified by the defendant.

On March 16 this year, the Shilin Land Prosecutor's Office and the police investigated the case and filed a request for mutual legal assistance for the first time. At present, it is still necessary for the Hong Kong side to identify the reply. 【星島日報報道】25歲廚房工人涉嫌於去年4月至9月間假冒警員邀約3名女網友，其後分別強姦、非禮及雞姦三人。關於強姦、雞姦及非禮等4項控罪，案件將於5月14日在東區裁判法院進行交付程序轉介至高等法院處理。另外9項涉及冒警的控罪今在西九龍裁判法院全獲撤控，但因相信被告不會依期歸押，被告保釋申請被拒，期間被告需還押監房候訊。

25歲被告梅錦添早前被控強姦、非禮、未經同意下肛交、盜竊及冒充公職人員等共13罪，共涉及11名事主。控罪指被告去年8月冒警後於去年9月在某屋邨單位強姦女子X及偷竊X現金1000元。被告亦被控於去年4月冒警並於同月30日在旺角砵蘭街維多利亞酒店一房間內非禮女子Y，另被控於去年8月冒警後於9月24日在旺角亞皆老街富城賓館內，在女子Z不同意下與她肛交。 另外的控罪則指被告於去年7月至10月期間，先後在酒吧、小巴及港鐵車廂等地方冒警6次。

The Singtao Daily reported that the 25-year-old kitchen worker was suspected of falsely instigating three female netizens from April to September last year, followed by rape, indecent assault, and rape. With regard to four charges of rape, sodomy and indecent assault, the case will be referred to the High Court for processing in the Eastern Magistracy on May 14th. Nine other charges involving police offenses were all withdrawn at the West Kowloon Magistrate’s Court. However, because they believed that the defendant would not be reimbursed on time, the defendant’s bail application was rejected. During this time, the defendant needed to repay the prison house.

The 25-year-old defendant, Mei Jin Tim, was previously charged with 13 crimes of rape, indecent assault, anal sex without consent, theft, and impersonation of public officials. A total of 11 victims were involved. The charge refers to the defendant's rape of a woman X and theft of X cash 1,000 yuan in a certain village unit in September last year. The defendant was also charged with insulting police in April last year and on the 30th of the same month was indecent Y in a room at Victoria Hotel, Portland Street, Mong Kok.
