3名落網「魔女」，分別為12、14及15歲，她們在友人眼中均為「惡人」、「寸女」，被人「眼超超」或「睇唔順人」，便會以暴力解決，其中兩名15歲少女早前因打人被捕，剛接受完警司警誡。案發於上周三(11日)凌晨，魔女們與女事主在天恩邨附近涼亭「傾偈」，期間有人疑不滿女事主「對啲仔眉來眼去」，雙方爭執。魔女們喚來同黨約7至8人包圍女事主。
據自稱女事主的少女在網上親述當時受虐經過，指被人肆意凌辱，包括「打我面」、「拎煙頭辣我」、「拎木嘅嘢打我」及「狂整我下面」，又指被人扯頭髮撼牆，又在地上踩她，並向她吐口水。女事主更慘被汽水淋身及衞生巾貼面凌辱，又稱：「除我褲除埋底褲。xxx燒我下面。」少女受傷留院需縫針，由男友人代為報警，案件交由元朗警區刑事調查隊跟進。2名少女翌日被捕，昨被控傷人及盜竊罪，案件明日提堂。
法律界人士指，根據《少年犯條例》，10歲或以上的兒童已須負上刑事責任，而16歲以下疑犯向警方落口供時受到保護，須有家長、監護人或律師陪同見證，確保不是受到威逼或暴力對待。女疑犯被控一項傷人罪及一項盜竊罪，一旦罪成，將會被判入教導所或更新中心。根據《侵害人身罪條例》第19條，最高可被判監禁3年；根據根據《盜竊罪條例》第9條，循公訴程序定罪後，最高可處監禁10年。
東網記者今凌晨再到案發的天恩邨的涼亭視察，未有發現童黨聚集，涼亭內外滿布煙頭、紙巾及衞生巾，未知是否與案有關。記者到訪2名女疑犯位於天水圍的寓所，均無人應門。據了解，其中一名女疑犯的寓所閘門，日前遭人淋紅油刑事毀壞，仍留下紅油痕迹。

【本報訊】少女慘遭三「魔女」凌虐，疑起因是爭風呷醋。網上流傳兩個版本，一是其中一名涉案「魔女」疑遭人「撬牆腳」向女事主報復；另一版本是該「魔女」鍾情一名少年，惟「襄王無夢」，更借「靚女」事主過橋，讓對方知難而退，未料女方信以為真，聯群結隊向女事主施虐。
事主上載自拍照報平安
近日網上童黨施虐案成為熱話，圖文並茂將女事主及女疑犯「起底」，公開她們的姓名、就讀學校、電話及地址等個人資料。知情者又透露女疑犯疑遭女事主「撬牆腳」，故和童黨向她施襲，更有流傳女事主遭人輪姦及需送入深切治療部。
不過，自稱是女事主的少女留言澄清，與該少年只屬朋友，並非情侶關係。她又指，當晚與女疑犯「傾偈」，對方取去其手機看她與涉事少男的訊息對話後，立刻無名火起，最終與其他同黨向她施虐，但事主澄清她沒有被輪姦及只是送醫治理。
少女昨在網上轉載東網照片，更圈起附近學校門外的「天眼」，指閉路電視應會拍下案發經過。她更上載最新的自拍照，可見她至今仍留醫，面部仍有瘀青紅腫。
