【星島日報報道】關注少數族裔權益組織「南方民主同盟」主席龍緯汶，早前被揭在社交平台張貼大量與女童親暱合照，涉嫌非禮及製作兒童色情物品，被控管有兒童色情物品、向16歲以下兒童作猥褻行為及非禮等共5罪，今於九龍城裁判法院提堂，控方表示警方已完成電腦及錄影器材的驗證，申請將案件押後至10月3日獲准，以待索取法律意見，期間龍須繼續還押。
龍緯汶（45歲）被控2項「非禮」罪、1項「藏有兒童色情物品」罪及2項「向年齡在16歲以下的兒童作出猥褻行為。

【星島日報報道】38歲裝修工涉嫌於前年3至8月間三度非禮女友的10歲女兒，於晚上同睡時捉著女童手摸自己下體，又在翌日清晨捉著女童手替其自瀆，並主動教她性知識。被告否認3項非禮罪，今於九龍城裁判法院續審，被告反指是女童主動拉其進房並問及有關性問題，亦曾承認誤認女童的手是其母親的手。
辯方於庭上與女童X進行視像審訊，被告葉志銘透過律師全盤否認曾非禮X，反指當日清晨X主動拉葉進房詢問他「點樣先可以有BB？」、「媽媽個度點解會流血？」及「男仔個度流嘅白色野係咩？」，葉繼而向X解釋有關性知識，並示範用手指插向拳頭來暗示男女性行為。X並不同意葉所述之案情，並指葉其後向她承認當晚誤認她的手爲母親的，故捉著其手，慢慢移到下體位置。辯方質疑當時X的手是自己放在葉下體，而非葉捉著她的手移到下體，女童否認。
女童母親Y出庭作供透露X從小患過度活躍症，X向她哭訴事件後主動向社工尋求協助。案發後，Y與葉無定期見面，只會以訊息聯繫，內容關於雙方互問近況，以及葉每月會向Y的戶口存款，以減輕Y的經濟負擔。Y續稱X會稱呼葉爲爸爸，惟案發後關係急轉直下，故Y決定盡量減少X與葉獨處的機會。Y供稱X曾向她投訴葉在手機上觀看成人影片。案件押後至8月23日再續。

【星島日報報道】38歲裝修工前於前年3至8月間三度非禮女友當時年約10歲的女兒，被告涉嫌2次在晚上同牀而睡時捉著事主手，放進自己褲檔，強逼事主觸摸自己下體，又在翌日早上捉著事主手替其自瀆。事主直到同年9月因情緒問題與社工會面後，揭發本案。被告否認3項非禮罪，今在九龍城裁判法院受審。
庭上播放事主的錄影會面片段，她透露在小學四年級下學期即2017年起認識被告葉志銘，當時對方為母親的男朋友。事主與母親、外公及外婆同住坑口的住所，而被告自2017年3月起偶爾會到坑口住所「過夜」，而被告會與事主及其母親同牀而睡。
事主指若被告留宿，她會睡在母親與被告中間。她憶述某天晚上俯臥在牀仍未入睡，左手放在被告腹部，被告突然捉著其手，再慢慢移到下體位置。被告再掀起褲頭，將事主的手放進褲檔抓著私處5至10分鐘。事主指出，被告當時未穿著內褲。
翌日早上，事主母親到浴室梳洗時，被告與事主仍在牀上。被告一度向事主提及「男女做啲咩先可以生BB」，又抬起下半身，褪下短褲到膝蓋露出下體，著事主「當好似雪條咁舔」。事主明確指出被告當時已褪下褲子，更詳細形容到被告下體。事主續稱，她拒絕後被告再捉著她的手上下套弄約3至4分鐘，在母親回房前被告已穿回褲子，而她事後亦到洗手間不停洗手。
當日晚上，事主為了一查究竟刻意飲咖啡保持清醒，由於該晚她沒有再臥睡，清楚見到被告如法炮製，捉著她的手慢慢移到下體位置，再將手放進褲檔內。
案件下午繼續。

[Sing Tao Daily reported] The 38-year-old decorator was suspected of being a 10-year-old daughter of a three-degree indecent girlfriend between March and August of the previous year. She caught the girl’s hand and touched her lower body while sleeping at night, and caught the girl’s hand for herself in the early morning. And actively teach her sexual knowledge. [Sing Tao Daily reported] The 38-year-old decoration worker was in the 3rd to 8th of the previous year, and the daughter of the three-year-old indecent girlfriend was about 10 years old. The defendant was arrested for sleeping twice in the evening and caught the main hand and put it into his pants. Forcing the victim to touch his lower body, and catching the main hand for himself on the next morning. The victim revealed the case until September of the same year due to emotional problems with the social workers. The defendant denied three indecent assaults and was tried in the Kowloon City Magistracy today.
In the court, the video footage of the victim was broadcast. She revealed that she was known to the accused Ye Zhiming in the next semester of the fourth grade, that is, the boyfriend of the mother. The victim and the mother, grandfather and grandmother lived in the residence of Hang Hau, and the defendant occasionally went to the Hang Hau residence to "overnight" since March 2017, and the defendant would sleep with the victim and his mother.
The victim said that if the defendant stayed, she would sleep between the mother and the defendant. She recalled that she was still lying on the bed one night and still did not fall asleep. The left hand was placed on the abdomen of the defendant. The defendant suddenly caught his hand and slowly moved to the lower body position. The defendant then picked up the trousers and put the hand of the victim into the trousers and grabbed the private parts for 5 to 10 minutes. The defendant once mentioned to the victim that "men and women can make BB first," and lifted the lower body, and then removed the shorts to the knees to expose the lower body. The victim "is like a snowy shackle." The victim clearly pointed out that the defendant had already shed his pants and described the defendant in lower body in more detail. The victim continued to claim that after she refused, the defendant again caught her hand for about 3 to 4 minutes. Before the mother returned to the house, the defendant had already put on her trousers, and she went to the bathroom to wash her hands afterwards.
On the evening of the same day, the victim kept her awake in order to check the intentional coffee. Because she did not sleep again that night, she clearly saw the defendant follow the law, grabbed her hand and slowly moved to the lower body position, and then put her hand into the pants.
The case continues in the afternoon.
