【星島日報報道】(星島日報報道)本報昨率先報道,警方重案組持法庭手令,搜查港鐵沙中線紅磡站寫字樓,以追查施工記錄缺失等問題,但由於涉及大量資料文件,重案組昨第二天重返寫字樓,二十多名探員分成多個小組,進入不同地點蒐證逾七句鐘,至傍晚再檢走三箱文件。消息指,案中涉及六年的相關工程文件如海量,要從中找出涉事資料對證,相信要花至少一個月或以上時間,警方明天會繼續蒐證。
重案組探員再進入港鐵沙中線寫字樓蒐證。負責調查的西九龍總區重案組探員,昨上午十一時,聯同網絡安全及科技罪案科人員,分乘多輛汽車抵達都會道紅磡站對開的沙中線工程寫字樓,進行第二天蒐證。
據悉,寫字樓由港鐵與承建商禮頓共用,由於地方偌大,而且內有不同部門,警方要求路政署派員協助,分辨有關文件擺放位置以及是否與案有關,而港鐵及承建商亦派人從旁協助,禮頓則安排律師在場。
探員分頭在不同辦公室進行搜查,由於部分辦公室設在地底地盤內,搜查探員要換上長靴及戴上頭盔進入蒐證。
消息指,警方網絡安全及科技罪案科人員主要翻查寫字樓的電腦,查看是否留有缺失文件的資料,並取走電腦硬盤內一些相關及個別資料,帶返總部再詳細查看,以檢視有關記錄曾否被移除。
據了解,警方初步調查發現,自沙中線紅磡站動工興建至今近六年,涉及文件如海量,要從中查找缺失文件去向,以及是否有人曾擅改圖則等,會需要一段頗長時間,估計至少要一個月或以上;其後再要追查缺失記錄去向,以及是否有人為因素等,故目前仍難以推算何時能完成整個蒐證程序。
負責調查的探員經搜查近七句鐘,至昨傍晚六時檢走三大箱文件,但寫字樓內仍有軍裝警員駐守,重案組探員明日會返回繼續蒐證。
路政署回應本報查詢時表示,就沙中線紅磡站工程問題,已將事件轉介執法部門。署方會全力配合有關調查工作,詳情不便透露。
興建中的港鐵沙中線,接連出現失誤事件,其中紅磡站有三處地點的「檢查及測量申請表格」)(RISC表格)施工記錄缺失,其中缺失最多為北面連接隧道,原應備存總數五十九份,現只留十六份,少百分之七十三;南面連接隧道應有三十九份,現有二十五份,失百分之四十六;列車停放處應有四百七十四份,現僅一百七十四份,失去百分之六十三,缺失記錄合共達三百五十七份。
警方是於本月四日(上周一)下午接獲相關部門轉介一宗涉及沙中線紅磡站月台工程的案件,而案件列作「求警調查」,西九龍總區重案組正跟進案件,暫未有人被捕。

該招標公告為沙田至中環線自動收費系統設備維修保養服務,有意競投者須於3月4日或以前,經港鐵電子投標系統登記。有意競投之公司將獲邀參與資格預審,港鐵將揀選合資格之申請者投標。合約為期3年,可延長多3年。
港鐵稱,「大圍至紅磡段」的目標完工日期視乎紅磡站相關核實及安全測試的進度及結果。考慮到上述核實及安全測試,其結果可能令整體工程進度存在變數,港鐵公司已應政府要求就分段通車進行可行性研究,硏究仍在進行中,現時未有定案。
運輸及房屋局局長陳帆去年底接受立法會議員質詢時稱,自從紅磡站出現問題後,港鐵已着手研究局部開通,主要考慮整體安排能否提供較大運載力、路面交通可否配合等,而局部開通後亦需要運作暢順、可靠及符合市民期望,所以未有就研究工作設既定死線,只希望能盡快完成,並確保不論全面還是局部開通都能提供優質服務。
