Huang Guotong pointed out that he would "run the count" to raise money.

[Sing Tao Daily] Police recently arrested four members of the "Spark Alliance" in support of the demonstrator group, alleging money laundering and freezing 70 million Hong Kong dollars at the same time. Huang Guotong, a volunteer lawyer of the Spark Alliance, said that the incident has made frontline protesters heartbreaking.

Huang Guotong said on the radio program that the Spark Fund was currently frozen and was unable to pay bail for the arrested people, which made the frontline protesters heartbroken. He also described that the police's strategy was to make frontline opponents "require no one, no money, no money," and said that he would "run the count" to raise money to solve the problem.

He also pointed out that he has been in contact with demonstrators living in Taiwan, and that their conditions are not ideal, that they are struggling to live, and face psychological and health problems. He continued to point out that it is not known whether Hong Kong still has the rule of law or is governed by law, and that the rule of law contains universal values such as fairness, justice, basic human rights and freedom. Huang Guotong also pointed out that among the arrested demonstrators he had supported, one of them was only 15 years old, and he held him crying when he met, so he felt that the pressure of the young protesters was not what they could do at this age. bear.
