又有名店撤出台北東區！瑞士錶店Swatch東區店關門，本來在東區鼎盛時期，租金一坪還高到180萬元，不過現在東區人潮不再，就算房東大幅度降租還是留不住品牌。不只Swatch，我們還獨家掌握到，在東區也有店面的美國時尚品牌Fossil直營也要撤出台灣。

招牌拆下，只剩淺淺的swatch字樣被畫上塗鴉，瑞士錶店撤出台北東區，建築外圍滿鷹架帆布，曾經的黃金店面，過去曾經從一坪120萬元漲到180萬，才隔幾年卻租不出去，儘管房東降租到150萬元，價格一砍再砍，據傳最低到百萬，swatch還是頭也不回。

同樣降價也租不出去的還有忠孝東路四段，這一整排本來有餐廳還有藥妝店，現在全都拉下鐵門沒人租。如今空蕩蕩對比先前光景不再，十多年前，本來一坪租金5000~8000元，民國100年漲到一坪2萬元；103年，東區鼎盛時期，一坪租到2萬5，五倍成長。不過到了105年，東區退燒租金卻沒降，直到名店撤出，就算這時掉價到一坪1萬5也回不去了。
