【星島日報報道】民主派人士、常為在港少數族裔爭取權益的「南方民主同盟」主席龍緯汶涉嫌非禮2名女童及製作兒童色情物品，他於上周五被捕，今被押解往九龍城裁判法院提堂。他現被控猥褻侵犯、向16歲以下兒童作出猥褻行為等5罪。身材矮小的被告表情木然，聽取控罪後輕聲道「明白」。由於涉案其中一名女童須進行認人手續、本案或出現第三名受害者，警方須為她錄取口供，控方申請將案情押後至5月24日再訊。據悉，警方在被告的手提電話中發現有第三名女童的照片。被告沒有保釋申請，繼續還柙警方看管。
龍緯汶現年44歲，報稱任職社工，他被控2項猥褻侵犯，控罪指他於本年2019年3月某日在旺角塘尾道永利工業大廈猥褻侵犯女童X；另一罪則指他於本年4月26日上述地點猥褻侵犯同一女童。
兩項向年齡16歲以下兒童作出猥褻行為罪則指，龍於2017年某日在香港泳池更衣室向年齡16歲以下女童作出嚴重猥褻行為；另一罪則指他於去年11月4日在其荃灣象山邨住所，向另一名女童Y作出嚴重猥褻行為。
最後一項管有兒童色情指此於本年5月17日，在其住所管有19張兒童色情照片，及一段兒童色情影片，而在該些片段中他非唯一色情描劃對象。

【星島日報報道】關注南亞人士議題、南方民主同盟主席龍緯汶涉嫌非禮及製作兒童色情物品，今日被警方拘捕，現正被扣留調查。據網上流傳龍與南亞兒童的合照顯示，他們表現親密，包括女童坐在其大腿、擁抱女童以及抱著女童同睡等，令人懷疑有不法行為。有消息指，他曾拍攝一名年約8歲的女童私處。
警方周三接報，指一名男子涉嫌於不同場合向一名兒童作出不必要的親密行為。西九龍總區刑事總部重案組人員接手調查案件，經深入調查後，今早在荃灣區拘捕一名44歲姓龍本地男子，涉嫌非禮及製作兒童色情物品，被扣留調查。
龍緯汶至晚上7時許被押返位於旺角的辦公室搜查，西九龍重案組探員搜索約1個多小時，並檢走廁板、衣服、攝錄機及電腦等證物返警署調查，懷疑與案有關。
護苗基金今日發表聲明，表示已就事件到警署向警方通報，又指是「鑒於近日在網上討論區中，有網民發現一名聲稱為爭取種族平等的政黨高層，透過組織接觸兒童，並與兒童拍攝大量親暱照片。從照片當中，我們看到有很多不必要的身體接觸及令人聯想到兒童色情或戀童癖」。
據了解，被捕的龍緯汶是民主派人士，為香港深水埗區議會社區事務委員會關注南亞裔人士生活工作小組成員及香港社區發展網絡總幹事。
社會福利署表示，保護家庭及兒童服務課現正跟進有關哋疑虐待兒童個案，並會就涉事兒童的情緒及福利需要提供適切的協助。
