二十七歲被告朱灝立，身形健碩，昨穿恤衫、西褲及打領呔到庭應訊。他被控一項作出有違公德行為罪及十九項不誠實意圖而取用電腦罪。作出有違公德行為罪指他於去年十月十七日在旺角港鐵站內一扶手電梯上，作出性質猥褻的有違公德行為，即以手機偷拍女子X的裙底照。
被告另被控去年七月三日至十月十六日期間，十九次為不誠實地獲益而使用其手機，其中有四次指他在去年七月七日同一天犯案、七月十八日及十月十六日分別兩度犯案。其中一次指他於十月十六日在油麻地警署內利用手機犯案，其餘控罪的犯案地點則未有言明。
辯方睇片需時 申請押後答辯
控方昨表示已準備好讓被告答辯，但辯方則申請押後至下月底才答辯，以待向被告提供法律意見。裁判官詢問為何要相隔一段長時間才再訊，辯方表示因涉案的片段多達二百九十段，故需時研究內容才能提供法律意見。控方不反對被告保釋，最終被告續准以現金一千元保釋外出。據了解，去年十月十七日有警員巡經旺角港鐵站的涉案現場時，發現被告在上址涉用手機偷拍事主裙底，遂上前截查，及後將他拘捕。

A young police officer stationed in the Yau Ma Tei Police Force Task Force suspended his arrest on October 18 during an off-duty escalator at the MTR MTR station in Mong Kok. He was arrested for stealing a skirt of a seven-year-old woman by mobile phone. During the investigation, the police discovered a large number of suspected sneak shots in their mobile phones, one of which was suspected of committing crimes in Yau Ma Tei Police Station. After the off-duty police involved in the case, he was accused of violating public morals and other defamation cases. The case was filed in the West Kowloon Court yesterday. The defense referred to the fact that there were as many as 290 fragments involved in the case. It took time to look up. The application for postponement of the defense was approved by the Magistrate. The defendant continued bail until July 23.

He was guilty of violating public morality by taking a mobile phone and photographing the skirt of the woman X.
The defendant was also charged with using his mobile phone 19 times for the benefit of dishonest gains from July 3 to October 16 last year. Four of them accused him of committing the crime on the same day on July 7 last year, July 10. He committed two crimes on the 8th and October 16th respectively. One of them stated that he had used a mobile phone to commit crimes at Yau Ma Tei Police Station on October 16. The remaining venues for the charges were not stated.
Defence films take time to apply for postponement of defense
The prosecution stated yesterday that it was prepared to allow the defendant to reply, but the defense case applied for a deferral until the end of next month before it could reply to the defendant. The magistrate asked why it took a long time to re-submit. The defendant stated that as the fragment of the case involved was as high as 290, it took time to study the content before it could provide legal advice. The prosecution did not oppose the defendant’s release on bail, and the defendant was finally released on bail in cash of $1,000. According to reports, when a police officer patrolled the Mong Kok MTR station on October 17 last year, he discovered that the defendant had used the cell phone to steal the victim's skirt at the site, and then he had been arrested.
