中年男子與內地妻乘的士往落馬洲期間，涉嫌用腰帶勒傷妻子，的士司機聽到後座傳來慘叫聲，又聽到男子自言自語：「要走一齊走！」司機心感不妥，遂趁機停車向巡警求救，警員打開車門察看時已見女子不省人事，男子則使勁用腰帶勒住自己頸部，急忙將他制服，又將女子送院，惟她延醫五日後終告不治。男子事後被控一項謀殺罪，案件昨於高院開審。
涉案四十七歲被告李長再，被控在一五年十月廿八日在港謀殺其妻李麗雅（四十六歲）。的士司機楊兆明昨日庭上供稱，他在一五年十月廿三日在油塘接載被告和死者，被告最初表示要去青馬大橋，楊問他是否去機場，他答是，後來又改變主意，要楊駛往落馬洲。楊指被告與死者坐在的士後座，被告坐在死者右邊，行車期間兩人不時用鄉下話交談，但楊聽不懂。
兩度更改目的地
當的士駛入大老山隧道，楊聽到死者驚叫一聲，楊在倒後鏡觀察後座情況，只見被告將左手搭住死者左肩近頸位置，將死者向下壓，然後傳來掙扎聲，楊聽到有人用腳踹前座座位，未幾回復平靜，之後再沒有聽到死者聲音。的士駛離隧道後，楊問被告：「有冇咩事？有冇問題？」被告答：「沒事沒事。」楊再望倒後鏡，看見被告手持一條帶自言自語：「要走一齊走，要死一齊死。」被告又向楊表示：「想買啲嘢，食咗之後可以即刻走。」並指示楊改往青馬大橋。
司機遇警即求救
楊感到不妥，遂採取「拖字訣」，聲稱幫被告搵「嗰啲嘢」以作拖延，同時將的士駛向上水，期間見到巡警，楊遂下車求助：「個客有問題，想自殺！」警員觀察車內情況，此時楊亦發現被告用腰帶用力勒住自己頸部，遂告知警員，警員即刻拉被告下車。
控方開案陳詞則補充，楊停車求助時，死者已失去知覺，警員當時將她送院急救，五日後不治。此外，被告當場被警員制服後，嘗試咬舌自殺，故亦需送院救治，三日後出院。
