(綜 合報道)(星島日報報道)社民連立法會議員梁國雄早前衝擊有關「遞補機制」的公眾論壇，被法庭判監兩個月，旅遊界立法會議員謝偉俊昨在立法會內務委員動議 啟動罷免程序，褫奪梁國雄的議員資格，動議最終被否決。梁國雄在表決後表示問心無愧，並說：「大部分政治犯都坐過監。」而提出討論的葉國謙強調，並非針對 個別議員，只是要討論立法會是否要按《基本法》規定作出安排。
立法會內會昨日在葉國謙的提出下，討論是否要啟動罷免程序，褫奪梁國雄議員資格，並由謝偉俊提出有關動議，但最終以十六票贊成、十八票反對和一票棄權被否決。
葉國謙強調，並非要針對個別議員，而是認為要討論立法會是否要按照《基本法》規定，作出相關安排。而曾因被判監而被解除議員資格的金融服務界議 員詹培忠表示雖與梁國雄政見不同，但不會幸災樂禍，亦同時不會討好社會。他認為，是否啟動罷免程序，應考慮三方面因素，包括《基本法》規定、如何向公眾交 代，和立會是否一視同仁。
泛民力挺 信不涉私利
民主派議員均反對罷免梁國雄，民主黨張文光表示，法官在判決時已指出梁國雄的做法並不涉任何個人利益，因此該黨不贊成由立法會投票遞奪他的議員 資格。民協馮檢基同樣認為，應由選民決定梁國雄應否接受處分，而非由立法會決定。工黨李卓人則表示，梁國雄是獲部分選民授權衝擊制度，如奪去梁國雄的議 席，等同奪去他所代表的市民表達意見之機會。
梁國雄在動議被否決後，指會服從法官的判決坐監，又表示對自己的行為問心無愧。他指，立法會部分議員以法庭的決定攻擊他，是庸俗的表現。他又感謝市民對他的聲援，「否則我個人不可能與龐大的國家機器抗爭」。本報記者
