肢解12歲女頭顱放電飯煲 單親母誤殺罪罪成候判

【星島日報報道】40歲單親母親3年前吸食冰毒後出現妄想型思覺失調，狠下毒手殺害並以菜刀肢解12歲親生女兒，把女兒頭顱放入電飯鍋，更企圖把女兒殘肢丟入坐廁沖走。法庭考慮母親當時的精神狀態後，以減輕責任原則裁定她誤殺罪罪成，而其非法處理屍體合法埋葬罪則留於法院存檔。案件押後至6月12日作求情及判刑，以待索取兩份精神科報告。
事發於2017年12月17日晚上，曹向鄰居借用手機聯絡身在內地的丈夫，但曹不願歸還手機予鄰居，鄰居遂報警求助。警方上門調查時曹不願合作並反鎖房門跪地痛哭，警方破門入屋後發現曹雙手滿佈鮮血，單位傳出濃烈消毒藥水氣味。警方發現曹在電飯鍋內以血水浸著人頭，浴室企缸內以水浸著肢解殘肢，家中四處放著連着長頭髮的頭皮、胰臟 、 脾臟、卵巢等內臟，坐廁內更有大量疑似辣椒的物體混合半個人頭及碎散的大腦。
40歲被告曹燕在2003年與前夫於四川結婚及生下女兒何美洁，曹於2009年與香港男子再婚而搬來香港，曹與香港男子於2015年離婚後，把女兒從四川帶來香港，但因工作關係交託親戚照顧，女兒在2017年10月到旺角廣東道1180號唐3樓A及B室的劏房單位與曹同住，女兒與母親同住僅兩個月後便被母親五馬分屍。
40歲被告曹燕體態肥碩，被捕前任職女按摩師、美容師及銷售員等職業，她聆聽案情時面不改容、神情冷靜，聽畢主控官讀出案情後鎮定自若地說：「我同意」。其親戚的證供指案發前曹的行為奇怪，曹自稱為「女神」亦稱同事為「蛇妖」，精神科醫生斷定曹在案發時因吸食俗稱冰毒的安非他命，出現幻聽及妄想等思覺失調症狀。

[Sing Tao Daily News] A 40-year-old single mother had a delusional thought disorder after taking methamphetamine three years ago. She murdered and dismembered her 12-year-old daughter with a kitchen knife. She put her head in a rice cooker and tried to kill her. Throw into the toilet and wash away. After considering the mother ’s mental state at that time, the court convicted her of the crime of manslaughter with the principle of mitigation of responsibility, and the crime of illegally disposing of her body for legal burial was kept in the court ’s file. The case was postponed until June 12 for intercession and sentencing, pending the request for two psychiatric reports.
The incident occurred on the evening of December 17, 2017. Cao Xiang neighbor borrowed a cell phone to contact her husband in the mainland, but Cao refused to return the cell phone to the neighbor. Cao and the Hong Kong man divorced in 2015 and brought their daughter from Sichuan to Hong Kong. However, due to work relationship, her daughter entrusted her relatives to take care of her. In October 2017, her daughter lived with Cao in the unit of rooms A and B, Tang 3rd Floor, 1180 Canton Road, Mong Kok. The daughter was only two months after she lived with her mother. The 40-year-old defendant, Cao Yan, was in good shape and worked as a masseuse, beautician and salesperson before she was arrested. She listened to the case without changing her face and calmly.
