it’s the same everywhere. us residents next to canada shop in canada. monaco residents shop in nice. swiss residents near italy shop in italy. hongkies shop in shenzhen. sinkies shop in jb. mostly are middle to lower middle class looking for bargains. the wealthy don’t resort to this shit. they fly to more sexpensive places to flaunt and stay away from losers.

A few critical differences.what happened in HK/Shenzhen is the example for what will happen in Sg/JB .... die road 1 way ...
Commute between the 2 sites is seamless ... very quick (no time wasted) crossing. One time registration only for private cars. Time from Kowloon to Shenzhen by car is 40 minutes.
High-speed rail transport available.
No bride needed nor robbery at Shenzhen
HK$ and RMB are almost on par, but mainland prices are lower .. much lower.
Honkies are treated like Chinese ............ no bumiputera-type problem
