港籍女子潘曉穎上月13日與男友陳同佳來台過情人節後失蹤，男友向香港警方坦承自己殺害女友，並把女友裝在行李箱內棄屍竹圍捷運站後的草皮。台灣警方昨（13）日前往竹圍捷運站後搜索時，不斷高喊，「潘小姐，請快讓我們找到，讓我們送妳回家！」結果10分鐘之內就找到潘女遺體。

21歲的潘曉穎上月偕同20歲的男友陳同佳一起來台旅遊，疑似因起口角發生衝突，陳男怒將女友殺害。事後陳男獨自返回香港，潘女父親等不到愛女回家，於是向港台警方報案。

香港警方昨天逮捕陳同佳，他到案後也坦承殺害潘女，並透露將屍體裝在行李箱內，棄置於台北捷運竹圍站後方草皮。警方昨天接獲通報後，立刻前往竹圍捷運站附近搜索，並不斷高喊，「潘小姐，請快讓我們找到，讓我們送妳回家。」結果立刻聞到濃濃屍臭味，10分鐘之內就找到潘女遺體。

Hong Kong-born woman Pan Xiaoying went missing with her boyfriend Chen Tongjia on the 13th of the previous month. He told the Hong Kong police that she had killed her girlfriend and put her girlfriend in the trunk and abandoned the turf behind the Zhumen MRT station. When the Taiwanese police searched for the Zhumen MRT station yesterday (13th), they continued shouting, "Miss Pan, please let us find out and let us send you home!" The result was found within 10 minutes.

Pan Xiaoying, a 21-year-old girl, came to Taiwan with her 20-year-old boyfriend Chen Tongjia last month. He was suspected of having a clash with his mouth and Chen Yan was angry with his girlfriend. Afterwards, Chen Nan returned to Hong Kong alone. When Pan's daughter father couldn't wait for her daughter to return home, she reported to Hong Kong and Taiwan police.


The Hong Kong police arrested Chen Tongjia yesterday. After he arrived at the case, he also admitted that he killed Pan, and revealed that the body was packed in the trunk and abandoned to the turf at Taipei’s MRT Zhuwei station. After receiving the report yesterday, the police immediately went to search around the Zhumen MRT station and continued shouting, "Miss Pan, please let us find out and let us send you home." The result immediately smelled of the corpse smell. Within 10 minutes, Pan’s female body was found.

香港女子潘曉穎上月13日與男友陳同佳來台灣旅遊後失蹤，香港警方在3月13日晚間找到陳男，他承認在台殺害女友後，用行李箱將屍體運出下榻旅館，並以垃圾袋包裹，棄置竹圍捷運站後方草堆，並由台灣警方尋獲。而陳男還坦承，行凶後自己盜走死者的提款卡，並在香港用該卡領錢，被香港警方以竊盜罪逮捕。

13日晚間9點40分，警方在捷運竹圍站後方的草叢中，找到香港籍潘姓女子的遺體，遺體早已腐壞，。

而香港警察在13日傍晚找到潘女的男友時，還在他身上搜出死者的信用卡、提款卡，並發現他用提款卡提款，因此先以盜竊罪將他逮捕。經當地警方訊問，他才全盤托出自己在台灣將女友殺害。

警方指出，案件雖在台灣發生，但由於死者和凶手是香港人，香港警方現階段只能提供資料，因香港、台灣屬不同的司法體系，雙方也沒有引渡協議，日後案件審理如何進行，還需交由政府再作協商。

Hong Kong woman Pan Xiaoying disappeared after traveling with her boyfriend Chen Tongjia on Taiwan on the 13th last month. The Hong Kong police found Chen Nan on the evening of March 13. He admitted that after killing his girlfriend at the station, he used a suitcase to carry the body out of his hotel and to use a garbage bag. The parcels were discarded at the rear of the Zhuwei MRT station and were retrieved by the Taiwan police. Mr. Chen also admitted that after the attack, he stole the deceased person's cash card and used the card to receive money in Hong Kong and was arrested by the Hong Kong police for theft.

At 9:40 p.m. on the evening of the 13th, the police found the body of a Hong Kong-born Pan surnamed woman in the grass behind the MRT Zhuwei station. The remains were already corrupted.

When the Hong Kong police found Pan's boyfriend on the evening of the 13th, he also found the deceased’s credit card and cash withdrawal card and found that he used a cash card to withdraw money, so he first arrested him for theft. After being interrogated by the local police, he was fully committed to killing his girlfriend in Taiwan.

The police pointed out that although the case occurred in Taiwan, because the deceased and the perpetrators were Hong Kong people, the Hong Kong police can only provide information at this stage. Because Hong Kong and Taiwan are different judicial systems, the two parties have no extradition agreement. How will the case proceed in the future? It needs to be submitted to the government for further consultation.

【星島日報報道】20歲港女潘曉穎上月與陳姓男友到台北旅行時，疑遭殺死棄屍。據了解，潘曉穎父親的台灣朋友表示，潘父原本就不打算讓女兒與陳男交往，但因疼愛女兒，最後尊重她的決定，豈料最後女兒還是愛錯對象。潘女與男友遊台時，每天都會用通訊軟件報平安，但在2月17日後再無音訊。

潘父事後質問獨自返港的陳姓男友，陳表示兩人在台灣曾吵架，最後各自返港不歡而散，潘父對此說法始終存疑，期間雖然有向香港警方報案。本港警方表示，於本月5日接獲一名女子報案，指其20歲姓潘女兒懷疑失蹤，案件列作「失蹤人士」。

本月11日潘父決定到台尋找真相，並前往南京西路巷內的「紫園旅店」調閱監視畫面，同時也到附近大同分局建成派出所和移民署求助，證實潘女尚未出境台灣。

【星島日報報道】20歲港女潘曉穎上月與男友到台北旅行期間，疑遭人殺害棄屍草叢，本港警方昨日(13日)拘捕其19歲姓陳男友。警方經調查後，發現陳曾於香港使用女事主的銀行卡提款，案件交由重案組跟進。

本港警方表示，於本月5日接獲一名女子報案，指其20歲姓潘女兒懷疑失蹤，案件列作「失蹤人士」。警方調查期間，發現一名19歲姓陳本地男子，他曾於香港使用女事主的銀行卡提款，警方遂於昨日（13日）下午約5時30分於將軍澳區將他拘捕，他涉嫌盜竊，目前正被拘查。警方同時知悉相關人士在台灣牽涉一宗謀殺案，會以境外罪案的方式跟進。案件交由東九龍總區重案組跟進。

消息指，警方今日拘捕陳時，在其身上搜出死者的銀行提款卡，經翻查帳戶紀錄後，發現有人曾於2月17日於台灣提取2萬台幣（約5,300港元），至2月20日再有人於香港提取8,500元。警方初步懷疑，陳兩度盜用女事主的銀行卡提款。

據了解，20歲女事主潘曉穎就讀IVE，其19歲男友姓陳，為理大副學士。兩人於上月13日赴台灣旅遊，下塌台北市大同區一旅館。惟陳其後獨自回港，潘女則下落不明。消息指，潘的父親於女兒失蹤後，一度向陳查問，惟有人聲稱兩人於台灣發生爭執，分別離開台灣。潘父其後先後在港及台灣報警求助。台北警方翻查旅館閉路電視片段後，發現陳於上月17日早上11時許，獨自拖著一個粉紅色大型行李篋離開，至當晚6時許又單獨返回旅館，但行李篋消失不見，認為有可疑。

本港警方經調查後昨日於將軍澳將陳拘捕，他被帶返將軍澳警署扣查。據悉，有人被捕後承認殺害潘曉穎，並將屍體藏於行李篋內，棄置於台灣的竹圍捷運站外草地，行李篋則被他棄置在台北市南京西路一處百貨公司。

【星島日報報道】20歲港女潘曉穎上月於與台北遇害，遭人棄屍草叢，台灣警方昨晚（13日）尋回死者遺體後，已經運至台北市第二殯儀館，死者家屬得悉後趕往現場認屍。據了解，潘自上月失蹤後，潘父心急如焚，更為了尋找愛女，飛往台灣並入住女兒下榻的旅店，以尋找蛛絲馬跡。

根據當地傳媒報道，潘父的台灣友人昨晚（13日）得知潘女遇害的消息後，隨即到旅店與潘父會合。潘父友人透露，潘父為「日本三菱」公司的進出口代理商，潘女十分乖巧，一家人相處融洽。潘女與陳男相識僅數個月，潘父雖不喜歡陳男，但礙於女兒喜歡，仍讓兩人交往。
