(綜合報道)(星島日報報道)中五男生「玩出禍」，於鄰座的同班女友欲坐下時，持鉛筆豎在她的座位上。她一時不為意坐下，結果約半枝鉛筆插入陰道致陰道壁撕裂，案件昨判刑，女生原來是他女朋友。裁判官考慮事主原諒被告，現時二人仍維持情侶關係，最終判他接受十二個月感化。

　　裁判官昨形容事件為「過咗火位既惡作劇」，控罪性質嚴重，但相信被告李佳鑫（十七歲）只是一時貪玩整蠱女友，沒想過後果如此嚴重，事主更為他寫求情信，顯示已原諒被告。辯方稱，事主明白及理解被告並非惡意。

　　報告指，被告的班主任及訓導主任形容他雖「貪玩」，但實為樂於助人及聰明學生，更稱讚他事發後上課更專心，成績亦有進步，更於上學期獲進步獎。裁判官相信他得到教訓亦有悔意，遂接納感化報告建議，判他感化令。

　　男生早前承認傷人罪，他於去年十二月十五日，在聖公會聖馬利亞堂莫慶堯中學班房，持鉛筆豎在事主座位上，她不慎坐下，近半枝鉛筆插進下體，導致陰道壁撕裂流血。兩名同學目擊事件通知校方報警，被告警誡下稱因「一時貪玩」犯案。
