沙田懷疑打死人命案，警方於今日（17日）凌晨列為兇殺及刑事毀壞案處理，交由沙田警區重案組跟進，初步懷疑事件涉及車房與客人的修車糾紛，目前警方正追緝涉及刑毀案的3名在逃男子。
沙田警區指揮官（刑事）陳昕在現場表示，案發於昨日（16日）傍晚6時半，一輛銀色私家車駛至成興街，3名手持棍狀物的男子下車，進入一間車房破壞一輛跑車的車身及擋風玻璃，車房內有3人追出，其中2名兇徒登上私家車，由第4人駕車逃走。
陳續稱，案中死者被人追至成運路，再被撳在地上，並發生糾纏，警方衝鋒隊人員於接報7分鐘後到達，事主已無呼吸脈搏，警員為他急救，其後由救護車送院，至晚上8時55分證實死亡。
警方已拘捕3名制服死者的男子，包括一對姓陳(32及40歲)兄弟，其餘一人姓鄭(29歲)，俱涉嫌與兇殺案有關被扣查。警方其後在現場檢獲一支棍狀物，相信與刑毀案有關。警方現追緝3名男子，其中2人年約30至40歲，案發時戴黑色口罩，身穿黑色長袖T恤及黑色短褲，分別着黑色及白色鞋。
據了解，涉案車房由一對姓陳兄弟經營，其中一人是一名賽車手，他已婚，育有多名子女，其妻為息影藝人。陳過去曾參加不少盛大賽事，並奪得多個獎項。他又曾在微博介紹，其車房於2006年創立，以改裝車及賽車為主。
