【星島日報報道】黃大仙中心南館地下美心MX快餐店對出，早上10時許，警方接報，兩名女子被一名男子用刀襲擊。警方到場，傷人男子當場被捕。現場消息稱，傷者是男子的母親（86歲）及胞姊（51歲），她們分別肩膀及手受傷，由救護車送院治理。
現場遺留一把刀，地上留有血跡。警方正封鎖現場調查，事後檢走證物，現正了解疑犯的精神狀態及犯案動機。
據指，42歲男子疑受情緒問題困擾，他事後沒有離開現場，當場被到場警員制服拘捕。案發前，男子相約其母親及胞姊見面，期間雙方因事發生爭執，男子突然拔出刀，向其母親背部連插多刀，胞姐連上前阻止，混亂中亦受傷。

[Sing Tao Daily] Reported outside Maxim's MX fast food restaurant, G / F, South Hall, Wong Tai Sin Centre. At about 10 am, police received a report that two women were attacked by a man with a knife. Police arrived and the injured man was arrested on the spot. Sources at the scene said that the injured were the man's mother (86 years old) and brother-in-law (51 years old). They sustained shoulder and hand injuries, respectively, and were taken to hospital by ambulance.
A knife was left at the scene, and blood was left on the ground. The police are blocking the investigation on the scene and removing the evidence after the incident. They are now learning about the mental state of the suspect and the motive for the crime.
It was alleged that the 42-year-old man was suspected of suffering from emotional problems. He did not leave the scene afterwards and was arrested on the spot by the police uniform. Before the crime, the man met his mother and his sister. During the dispute between the two parties, the man suddenly pulled out the knife and inserted multiple knives into his mother's back. The elder sister stepped forward to stop and was injured in the chaos.
