Want to ensure no discrimination against Singaporeans....first step is to ensure HR hiring managers are Singaporeans first. This is common sense rite!! In fact mandate GM of these companies are Singaporeans also and if they not, they cannot override their HR managers.

Good start. But a lot of MNCs purposely want to bring trash in to fuck around. Time to give them a good time. Look MNC jobs are dead easy. It is all talk. Would you trust a digit in an MNC with important information? If the staff found out the products they are selling are on 50 cents to produce but marked up 2000%, would they feel secure?

Indonesian Employment Las requires head of HR for any company in Indonesia to be an Indonesian citizen. That is what I call protecting its citizens from abuse by MNCs!
