According to Low, her friends first noticed the man pointing his phone camera directly at her. When initially confronted by her friend, the man denied taking any photos.
Unconvinced, Low approached the man herself and requested to check his phone's photo gallery. Upon inspecting the device, she allegedly discovered three rows of zoomed-in photos focusing on her running shorts and buttocks stored in the app's "recently deleted" folder.
In the recorded exchange, the man can be heard offering excuses, claiming he "did not do it on purpose" and merely intended to record the overall pickleball match. Low firmly rejected his explanation, pointing out that the framing of the photos clearly focused on her behind rather than the game.
