South Korea highest in Asia.

i'm helping the sinkie cause by sharing a hdb room, surviving on $696 a month, working as jaga, and cycling to work.

This shows the economies of australia, swissland, netherlands, denmark, norway, canada, sweden are still expanding, times are still good.although they need to watch their spending abit, cut down on the gluttony and consumerism.

while on the other hand economies of america and singapore have fallen off a cliff or sinking like titanic, america's household debt was 100 percent during financial crisis 2008 now its fallen to 78 percent, this shows people are more unwilling to spend, pile on the credit card debt or take out mortgages anymore, times are bad and the money is now flowing.

In some of the angmo countries you don't have to worry about the crushing cost of medical care because they have a healthcare insurance e.g. Australia, Canada,...
So debt is limited to mortgage, car loan, student loan, & credit card debt .

I'm surprise that Sporean isn't among the top? Most Sporeans have long term debt for mortgage, car & credit card. As well as we have to pay high rates for utilities, ERP,....etc. Sporeans wages are also really not that high except for some civil servants.

The higher debt is because of mortgages ...people are buying properties like crazies.
