High Pressure Water Pump Noise Pollution

The pump runs for very long periods and the motor is extremely loud and very irritating. There are better solutions than using these pumps and high water usage to clean void decks of HDB estates. Why can't the Town Council think out of the box rather than using low productive methods and causing annoyance to residents? Third world mentality is all I can say.

One month one and it take less than 1 hour for a level you also want to complaint. Next time town council will clean all area except area next to you pigeonhole.
