Restructure NMMP to let each party to dominate 2 candidates to take up 2 NMMP places. Only those party that get over 40% votes is accepted.

You see, it will create competitions among the oppo parties and PAP just watch 坐山观虎斗计.... these tigers fight.
So it become like open source in IT industry thing. These parties are street fighters, not from Army yes man...
Get them to street fights among themselves in parliament for next 5 years, and the next GE2025 will see they fight among themselves.
And no possible of regroup, consolidation to form bigger group....
After all, unlikely PAP to get landslide victory in GE2025, assuming for the moment this GE2020 shows PAP got 61% votes unlikely to achieve over 70% in the next GE . Oppo will increase their foothold and field ALL grounds no walk over. Walk over is gone, end.
So add more other parties in as NMMP holders make sense create a more lively parliamentry debates and to torture each others with no ends in sight until 2025GE.
With more different parties NMMP can create animosity, vendetta and vindictive situations among all parties including PAP.
