He's trying to raise the birth rate

for a moment me is lost in that comment, bro. do we have a Victoria Cross or Purple Heart or something?

hi there

parenting is very noble :):):)

I disagee, there are parents who let their kids run about like inconsiderate brats and shout at the tops of their voices in public places,
and cause disturbance to others. They also call that parenting.

bro,
me disagree, by allowing and letting the kids run amok and making a nuisance of themselves, that is called "lack of parental control". me would give those parents a piece of my mind.

bro,
I will only give them the mantle of "noble" when their childrens' behaviour are there to be assessed by all.
What I was disagreeing with was the notion that "parenting is noble".
Those idiots with their spoilt brats will argue that "lack of parenting control is sometimes part and parcel of parenting" the latter of which u claimed is "noble".

bro,

the notion of parenting is the constant giving care for the child and guiding the child towards a correct path in life.

lack of parental control is never a part of parenting and as you've correctly labelled, only idiots will claim that "lack of parental control" is part of parenting. me have been thinking if we could just smack those brats :mad::mad:

Yes, but many idiot parents will claim that their spoilt brats running about, shouting and disturbing others is all very "natural, because they are kids,
they are just being boisterous, and this is all part and parcel of growing up and parenting".
That is their favourite excuse/argument when confronted with the actions of their spoilt brats.
The children may be ignorant, I'm actually more tempted to smack the parents.
Usually, I ask them politely first. Recently I asked a mother on the mrt to tell her children to please stop shouting. To her credit, she did and they did. :o

me would usually give a concerned look in their way, a frown with knitted brows, coupled with the fear that those brats may accidentally run and fall into my clenched fist or their faces falling flat on my wide open palm. that does the trick. when they still don't understand, me would tell them off: 小孩不懂事,大人也不懂啊?

Wah! the people here digress very fast, from saving the birth rate it had become raising your child right!

PM have 4 children, kudos to him. now me is wondering if they had nannies to help them look after their kids :o:o:o

trust me, as me grew up taking care of my younger cousins, nephews and nieces, me understood one thing: parenting is very noble :):):)

PM LHL break his father 2 child policy.

PM LHL break his father 2 child policy.

the 2-is-enough policy was u-turned in the 80s to encourage more babies, couldn't recall if it went together with the graduate mama scheme :o:o:o
