BILL BARR SEES THE LIGHT. WAIT FOR THE TWITTER VOLLEY FROM THAT MAN
(CNN)The Justice Department hasn't found evidence to support allegations of widespread fraud that could have changed the result of last month's presidential election, Attorney General William Barr said in an interview with the Associated Press published Tuesday.
The comments from Barr, who has been steadfast in his support of President Donald Trump during his tenure, represent the latest official rebuke from Republicans of the President's claims of widespread fraud in his loss to Joe Biden.
"To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election," Barr said.

Bill Barr has been spared sacking by Donald J Trump, many officials stepped in to prevent it, to prevent an even worse situation

The Plan Was Insurrection:’ DOJ Releases Brand New Memo that Proves Coordination to Break Into Capitol and Stop Certification

These types of cases are often built in stages. As more and more evidence is gathered, one sees an increasing amount of evidence used when necessary in cases already filed. It is one of the only ways to really understand how much evidence the government already possesses and how confident it is in releasing it.

From the week after the insurrection, nearly all of us with an ability to think objectively could see that this was not a protest gone rogue, this was not a sudden riot, nope. It was a planned, almost-military type of action. The Department of Justice filed a court memorandum outlining some of the evidence collected that proves this was a reasonably sophisticated conspiracy to stop the U.S. Government:

Rawstory brings us the rather dry language of NBC News:

The DOJ document, according to NBC News reporters Pete Williams and Rebecca Shaba, argued against the pre-trial release of Kelly Moggs — a Florida resident and Oath Keepers leader who is facing criminal charges in connection with the Jan. 6 riot. Williams and Shaba report that the DOJ, in the memo, says that Moggs was in touch with the Proud Boys and others to plan for potential violence on Jan. 6.

Williams and Shaba explain, “It was the first suggestion by the government that members of extremist groups were in touch with one another before arriving in Washington.

This is critical evidence. Conspiracies form, and anyone with knowledge of the conspiracy beforehand and took one action to facilitate the conspiracy, is a conspirator who can be charged with the same charges against Moggs. Remember, we know that someone in the White House was talking with the Proud Boys leader in the weeks before January 6th. If that person in the White House knew what was planned and did anything to help (say, keep the National Guard back, or fire someone who wouldn’t keep the National Guard back), that person is a conspirator.

One can see where we’re going. And by the way, this was not subtle:

Moggs, the documented alleges, “plotted with his co-conspirators to stop the certification of the Electoral College vote, prepared to use violence if necessary, and stormed the Capitol.”

On Dec. 19, according to the report, Moggs posted on Facebook, “This week, I organized an alliance between Oath Keepers, Florida 3%ers, and Proud Boys. We have decided to work together and shut this shit down.” And three days later, on Dec. 22, Moggs posted, “Contact with PB and they always have a big group. Force multiplier.”

An alliance is a conspiracy, a force multiplier is military language, the type of stuff people consider to be sedition. This is all dry language from a dry legal memorandum, but the actual allegations and actual contact released show that this was very well coordinated and designed to get into the Capitol to stop the Congress.

It is going to get very serious because we don’t know one-third of all the evidence the government has.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. —
How much impact can one tweet have on society? A large impact, according to a recent study that found former President Donald Trump's first tweet about a "Chinese Virus" led to an increase in anti-Asian hashtags and a rise in hate crimes against Asians.
The study, "Association of "#covid19" Versus "#chinesevirus" With Anti-Asian Sentiments on Twitter: March 9–23, 2020," was published by researchers at the University of California, San Francisco.

KCRA 3 spoke with one of the researchers, Dr. Yulin Hswen.
"Looking at the term 'Chinese virus,' my interest was really based on the fact that a lot of a lot of people were dismissing the term 'Chinese virus' as not racist and that it didn't have any racist undertones," Hswen said. "I really wanted to provide evidence to show quantitatively how using the term 'Chinese virus' can have these stigmatizing effects on the community."
The team analyzed 668,597 tweets and 1,273,141 hashtags using either #covid19 or #chinesevirus, and found that 19.7% of hashtags with #covid19 showed anti-Asian sentiment, compared with 50.4% of hashtags with #chinesevirus. When comparing the week before March 16, 2020, to the week after, there was a significantly greater increase in anti-Asian hashtags associated with #chinesevirus compared with #covid19, according to the study.
Hswen and her team found that words matter, and in this case the consequences have led to a string of attacks here in California and across the country, she said.
"The growth of the number of different hashtags that were being developed in the derivatives of Chinese virus, such as, Kung flu, or Chinaman flu, or Batman eating flu, that type of additional terminology that's being used is really showcasing the growth and the type of hate that's occurring, that's really actually correlated with what we're seeing in the real world, which is this, this rise in hatred towards Asians and these hate crimes, that are being perpetuated to them," Hswen said.
The UCSF researcher said one solution is counteractive messaging.
"Educating both the community, but also ensuring that scientists and researchers and the media officials are really not using terms that are attached to location or ethnicity so it doesn't perpetuate it further," she said.
Recent research from Dr. Hswen:

Huang Yanling, who worked at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, was one of scores of doctors, scientists, activists and journalists who disappeared during the Chinese Communist Party's suspected cover-up.

Li Wenliang died after contracting the virus while treating patients in Wuhan.

Last December he sent a message to fellow medics warning of a virus he thought looked like Sars - another deadly coronavirus.

But he was told by police to "stop making false comments" and was investigated for "spreading rumours".

According to Chinese site Pear Video, Dr Li's wife is due to give birth in June.

The organs of members of marginalized groups detained in Chinese prison camps are being forcefully harvested — sometimes when patients are still alive, an international tribunal sitting in London has concluded.

Some of the more than 1.5 million detainees in Chinese prison camps are being killed for their organs to serve a booming transplant trade that is worth some $1 billion a year, concluded the China Tribunal, an independent body tasked with investigating organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience in the authoritarian state.
