What about MPs who used Dr title as if they earn it when it was just honorary doctorate.

Yes you are right, foreigners make up 2 out of every 5 people in Singapore, no mention is made of the gradual bump in Singapore citizens from 2.7m to 3.3m in spite of ever declining birth rates.

Dear john, would you send your children to study in Mumbai or Manila since you say it is acceptable. It is much cheaper and since the standard of living is also much lower, it will mean cheaper cost in terms of tuition fees and boarding. Forget about the smu, but or nus, might as well close down the local unis.
