i sleep about 5 hours a day, every morning, my mood very bad. why like that? lunch time, i have to take a wink for 1/2 hour, then resume what i suppose to do. i can't sleep for more than 8 hours in a straight row.

another thing, when i sleep, i can feel my stress level go down and sleep at ease.when i wake up, the stress routine come back...:o

do i need certain supplement?:confused:
 
You need to avoid meat and eat vegetables instead.
 
as a staunch taoist, i take vegetarian every lunar 1st and 15th. other than that, i take a lot of pork and chicken. i avoid heavy meals for dinner, only sandwich.

That is The problem..trying having vegetarian food..organic ones if you can everyday for 2 weeks plus exercise. See if you can sleep well and long.

You definitely need MORE sleep. Sleep more. Go to bed earlier, wake up later. Not difficult.

thanxs....! i hurt my knee cap 2 months ago while playing basketball at old school with my ex classmates. we all share the same woes that turning 40, we can feel bones staring to hurt. not as fast and agile as before.
besides, doctor asked me to stop jogging which is my favourite exercise after swimming.

i have a habit of drinking green tea and my 1000mg of Vitamin C before going to bed. i intend to keep it this way cos' i think it's good! i read from somewhere that is during your sleep and that is when your tissues are repairing.

what's your health secret?

That's right, avoid the sausages and nibble on brinjals. They're good for you. ;)

You need an hour of vigorous exercise 6 days a week.

That is The problem..trying having vegetarian food..organic ones if you can everyday for 2 weeks plus exercise. See if you can sleep well and long.

Make it 7 days a week. Have a good fuck before guarantees a satisfying sleep.

I read somewhere before that minimum sleep required is 6 hours..5 hours too little and that could be the reason..

You take green tea how to sleep. Next time take a glass of water instead.
 
Used to be like you until I tried out not having noon naps like those ah tongs in my former company got my 8hrs a day. It does help if you are retired like me and not worry about meeting deadlines.

green tea got caffeine... just like coffee.

you proparly need a complete mental shift on your lifestyle.
enhancement, you can use tcm to rebalance all your qi and energy
green tea is cooling.it has both side of the coins.there is bad point of green tea
find out if your body belong to cold type,if yes avoid green tea

Take up cycling and all will be well.
