tow cheo sauce very easy to make what, no need buy in glass bottle, just fry the tow cheo beans with ginger, garlic, sugar & oil, can add chilli if you like it spicy & spread it all over the fish. Have you tried using old cucumber for fish? must draw the white bitter sap out first & throw away the seeds, just cook it with the fish, when we were young & couldn't get winter melons or any of the gourds, we did it this way.
