Masks do not protect you from Wuhan virus but masks will reduce your viral exposure, giving you a better chance of recovery if you are infected. Yesterday, even the Korean government told the citizens staying near the largest cluster towear masks indoors, at workplace. The leadership in China are also advocating the importance of masks and setting an example themselves. During wartime, complacency is a bigger enemy. Instead of planning to increase supplies and stockpiles, he simply shamed his soldiers for being cowards.
