Last time where got proper birth date records.
Upon merdeka everyone simply put their birth date. Nobody celebrates birthday in the old days.
I think Dr m also the same. He could be younger than 100
Plus minus. My dad's birth was registered 1 year late so he is in reality a year older. Chances are late registration than early, even offices in those days did not practice backdating.

PETALING JAYA: Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad has apologised for leaving his birthday celebration in Putrajaya early yesterday after experiencing fatigue and being placed under observation at the National Heart Institute (IJN).
In a video posted on Facebook today, Mahathir said he felt extremely exhausted and had to rest.

“On my doctor’s advice, I went to the hospital (IJN) but it was just a short visit, and I returned soon after.
