the govt will win. those who manage to sell their flats to FTs will make money hences like taking the traitors bribe from govt. sealing the fate of the nation future by voting for them.

2 rm flat = 1 room + 1 living room
3 rm flat = 2 rooms + 1 living room
4 rm flat = 3 rooms + 1 living room
5 rm flat = 3 rooms + 1 living room + 1 dinning hall
That's wat I know.
how come some 5-room flats got 4 bedrooms ? ie. 3 bedrooms + 1 study + 1 living room ?
are they expected to use the study as a dining-room ... ?
if squeeze dining-table inside kitchen, then can convert the study into a 4th small bedroom ...
