Locals' salaries are not rising as wild as the HDB price, and future local generations will suffer the most !
They will just slog for HDB and run like rats in the rat race without a meaning in life ! Just eat to survive !
To add, the living space within the four walls is getting very small already !
Why do people pay for a tiny space for a 99yr lease for hundreds of thousands which pays for life !
A couple who don’t strike TOTO and work on an active income will come of retiring age as soon as they finished the HDB slavery !
And look at the new estates nowadays , are they for humans or for slaves…..skyscaper concrete space means any thing when singapore needs not go down that slippery way !
In fact, if you look at the MND plan, land is scarce and PAP is still squeezing in more FTs to pack Singapore like nobody business.

HDB New flats are really prison cells, wind direction and sunlight are cut off, the space inside is dark and stuffy , and what is the use of eco-friendly when people are not living on a true space ?
You proud of your 50-storey high HDB flats....think again...you are at the mercy of the lifts you cannot control !
PAP is all about winning votes, and stupid voters still vote for them….50 years of PAP damage will take 1000 years to restore…..
