[h=2]HDB help New Citizens to get flats faster, native SC are screwed by new policy![/h]
We native SC will most likely apply for a HDB before marriage, some times shotgun so get married with no flat, but what is the % of this group? How many Native SC are married 1st timer with kids below 16 years of age do not already own a HDB? Encourage this group to have more kids? Why not 1st timer with kids below 7 years old, this group will more likely to have more kids. Why set the age limit of the kids so high at 16? This package is for new citizens la, they are the one most likely to be 1st timers with kids below 16, give them flats so they vote PAP la, native sg citizens are now screwed, 30% of Bto and 50% of balance flats to new citizens!!!

Married couple with children (up to 16 years old) given priority for HDB flat (1st applicant)
Singaporeans : 1st book a HDB flat, get married after getting flat, THEN have children
New Citizens : Ready made teenagers children (7-16 yrs old), come to Singapore, Given priority to book a HDB Flat because the married couple new citizens have children already
==> Singaporeans cannot get married becos HDB flats are taken by the New citizens with their "ready made" teenager children.
==> This is infact a measure aim at helping NEW CITIZENS (FTs) to give birth and once again Singaporeans are discriminated...
