any body try appeal to MP before and sucessful in getting HDB to give you more grant?

example A:
OA has $20k
earn $2000 a mth
BOTH ahg and shg get $15k

example B:
OA has $40k
FL agent earning $4000 a mth
BOTH ahg and shg get $35k (because his cpf past 12 mths contribution is zero)

--------------------------------

it is very obvious the grant reach the wrong person
can example A appeal to his/her MP to appeal for higer grants as example A truely need more help than B.
will HDB see MP letter and approve more grant?
