HDB flats on Christmas Island. Consider low ses or high ses?

These old flats on Christmas Island remind me of some of those older HDB blocks at estates like Tanglin Halt, Commonwealth Drive, Mei Ling Street etc. There seems to have been absolutely no upgrading, judging by the state of those blocks on the island.

There are only 1,692 residents on Christmas Island comprising of mostly Chinese, Malay and Europeans who live in rural communities.

Christmas Island is only about 135 sq km which makes S'pore over 5 times larger.

SAF should test out their F35 and Navy. Send a invading force there and retake the island back from Australia!
