I had this problem in HDB noise problems.
Didn't dwellers living on the 2nd to 4th floor get noise problems from the shops below them making so much noises from 4 am in the early morning to till late night?
Must be m&ds who like living on lower floor. Herd mentality all m&ds act dumb let it be.
You have this kopitiam below me start yelling kopi_O, kopi nai... from as early as 4 am. Wtf...
Never had a full night sleep from 4 am onwards.
Why no complaints to Pinky ah....
LKY sleeps very well in the Istana ah..... knn.
