HDB COV for August sinks to 4 year low

Bro I think COV cannot be used as indicator at all.. It only means buyers dont wanna pay cash upfront....or sellers are spook into thinking that their properties will not sell if their COV are high due to the current measures..I just think COV is more not straight forward than eventual selling price..

We'll wait and see if the low COV has any actual impact in the selling price..eventually.
Historically cov is good indicator. During 2002 to 2006 period cov was almost nonexistent, even for mature estates. This coincides with period of low hdb prices.

Hdb valuation changes very slowly, and is more in line with long term trend. Cov reflects shorter term sentiment.
