Police are looking for the man in the above picture to assist with a case of outrage of modesty
SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the image above to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty which occurred in the vicinity of Crawford Lane on 11 July 2014.
The man is believed to be in his thirties or forties, with short hair and dark complexion. He is about 1.7m tall, plump, and was wearing a striped long-sleeved shirt and a pair of blue jeans.
