Has anyone experienced Long Term stay in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam ?

..of the above three places, which location offers the better condition of,
- Safety
- Medical Facilities
- Food that is more 'Healthy"
- Lowest Cost of Living
- Least Hassle from immigration
- Assimilation with Locals / Ease-of-Making Friends

Making friends/Communication in Asian countries is always a stern challenge. Their English is awful. Even if they know the language, the next problem is pronunciation.

Safety is a moot point as well.

Yeah going to asia and knowing only english is the opposition of integration.
