JTC's Scheme for Housing of Foreign Talent (SHiFT) offers a wide range of public housing for rent, to meet the diverse needs, preferences and budgets of foreign talent

To be allocated an apartment, simply select an available apartment according to your preference, and personally submit your application for it at the JTC office.

The apartments range from 3-room (2 bedrooms) for up to 4 persons, to Executive (3 bedrooms) for up to 6 persons. The apartments are unfurnished to give you the flexibility to furnish your apartment according to your taste. Tenancy is for a period of 1 year and subletting is not allowed.

SHiFT apartments are located within public housing estates, giving tenants easy access to amenities like banks, shops, markets, schools, clinics, cinemas, recreational areas and public transport.

Heard JTC selling away HDB quietly now.

Selling price without COV.
Must be lucky to find it as agent will not advertise as "sell by JTC"

No COV but the catch is must complete fast. And it come with use kitchen cabinet.

How can JTC own public housing?

There were flats in the west side of SINgapore, that were built by HDB for JTC or was it JTC flats, but designed & built by HDB?? in Taman Jurong, Boon Lay..& where else?? They were rented out to the thousands of Malaysians & others working in the factories in those areas. Some of the housing were taken up by SINgaporeans (SOME), the majority were Malaysians & others.

What is new??

How can JTC own public housing?
Up to gahmen. If they say cheap public housing all sell to big landlords like reits and property developers at cost price, we can only LAN LAN if 60% still don't wake up.
