Don't think so at least not at the food courts I frequent. I notice that there are 2 stalls that are closed. These stalls were only open a few months.
Maybe if rentals were not so high these stalls would still be open

At this place there is also a high turnover of table clearers. Previously they were young PRC & now there are older locals.
