Can any kind soul tell me what to do/ interesting places in Old Quarter. Im in Hanoi now.

You should just wander around and take in the sights. There is an old Catholic Church - St Joseph Cathedral with a lot of cheap and good foot massage parlour there. Very cheap I think US$10 only. Then you can also buy DVDs and eat good food there.
