forgot to mention.....the hainanese pork chop served by the canteen in the old Chinese Swimming Club was also really nice.

Anyone remember this.....cost $1.20 but that was a lot in those mid 60s days.

Good hainanese pork chop try jin wee in siglap.

remembered used to have a local chain store that sells this dish exclusively.......i think folded liao.......wasted as it was quite good....somehow cannot recall the name
