台鐵152次自強號昨（3）晚發生砍警事件，一名54歲鄭姓男子因為補票糾紛，和站務員人員務發生爭執，不僅情緒失控，還邊咆哮邊揮刀，獲報趕到火車處理的25歲員警李承翰見狀，為了保護其他乘客的安全，奮不顧身衝上前緊抓鄭男的手，就算之後腹部被刀狠捅，還是堅持牽制住鄭嫌，直到其他人趕來支援他才虛脫放手，而他雖然緊急送醫急救，最後仍不治。

鄭嫌3日晚間沒有購買車票，卻搭乘自強號北上，列車長驗票時發現，要求他在嘉義站下車補票，但他卻突然臉色大變，還從背包拿出刀揮舞，嚇得列車長趕緊通報。而李員踏上列車後，發現車廂內還有其他乘客，馬上衝上前與鄭嫌展開肉搏，卻遭嗆「沒手骨喔」、「我要跟警察拼命」，腹部還中刀血流不止，但他強忍劇痛，決定緊緊抓住鄭嫌的手，讓對方無法繼續揮刀，避免傷害其他乘客，直到其他支援人力趕到，他才鬆手癱軟在車廂內，盡忠職守到最後一刻才倒下。

李員雖然緊急送醫搶救，仍於今（4）日上午宣告不治，而鄭嫌被壓制住後，一度大吼「帶我回警察局」，之後卻保持沉默，對行凶動機三緘其口，還拒絕夜間偵訊，不過他上午遭警方移送，過程相當激動，戴著口罩、安全帽還蠕動身體，暴走狂吼「我是有計畫的！」
而54歲鄭嫌平時在台南從事冷氣工作，為切割電線，平時就會隨身攜帶小尖刀和一把水果刀，被查出曾有躁鬱症病史，後來就醫治療恢復情形良好，已經停藥2年，和案件是否有關仍待進一步調查釐清，而他的妻子知道丈夫犯下殺人重罪，下跪痛哭向死者和死者家屬道歉。

根據了解，25歲員警李承翰是嘉義人，警專31期以第一名優秀成績畢業，第一志願就是回到故鄉嘉義市工作，希望能就近照顧父母，最後也如他所願服務於鐵路警察局高雄分局嘉義所，工作時間至今5年，主要負責月台巡邏工作，沒想到竟在生日前夕殉職，家屬得知後泣不成聲。

3日晚間8時許，台鐵自強號列車152車次發生喋血案，鐵路員警李承翰（25歲）前往處理逃票糾紛，慘遭旅客鄭姓男子（54歲）刺傷，連夜搶救仍宣告不治，令家屬、同仁悲痛不已。據了解，李承翰在學時期成績優異，警專31期畢業，以第一志願返鄉服務，而當年更以繁星上台師大數學系，後放棄追尋夢想考警察。
李承翰遇襲送醫急救，一度恢復心跳，父母連夜趕赴加護病房徹夜守候，期待有奇蹟出現，但因傷及肝臟失血過多，今上午宣告不治，遺體上午送往嘉義市立殯儀館，令家屬、同仁悲痛不已，紛紛在他臉書發文哀悼。

綜合媒體報導，25歲李承翰是嘉義人，是家中獨子，畢業於嘉義縣國立新港高中，成績相當優異，當年以繁星上台師大數學系，後為追尋夢想放棄，改考警專當警察，為警專31期畢業，以第一志願返鄉服務，迄今在鐵路警察局高雄分局嘉義所服務5年時間，在同事眼裡是位陽光開朗、認真的大男孩，平時工作認真，經常受到分局表揚，計畫將報考中央警察大學進修，但如今願望無法實現，讓同仁相當哀慟。
憾事傳出後，讓各界相當不捨，所長丁勝豐面對鏡頭，忍不住痛哭失聲「他就像我的兒子」，而同仁們也紛紛在臉書哀悼致意：「學長，任務結束了，一路好走。在我心中你永遠是我的班長」、「班長一路好走，任務結束了，你用生命換來所有人的安全，是真正的英雄」。

嘉義分駐所長丁勝豐悲從中來，以手帕拭淚哭著說：「承翰好像就像是我的兒子，很心痛！」鐵路警察局長江振義則表示，李承翰非常上進，一直想去中央警察大學進修，平時表現非常良好，6月才到鐵路警察局接受表揚。

據《中央社》指出，鐵路警察局高雄分局長陳順和提到，李承翰是嘉義市人，台灣警察專科學校專科班第31期第1名畢業，分發到嘉義派出所服務近5年，平日表現非常優異，不論為民服務、工作績效都很好，常接受分局表揚。
另外，李承翰2月時協助女乘客找回遺失列車上的平板電腦，還曾受到鐵路警察局高雄分局嘉義派出所表揚。
李承翰在4日上午8時許宣告不治，嘉義基督教醫院醫務秘書許國忠受訪表示，李3日晚間送到急診室，當時已呈現OHCA（到院前心肺功能停止）狀態，經急救後發現有微弱脈搏，轉開刀房手術。
李承翰主要是肝臟、門靜脈與下腔靜脈破裂，腹部大量出血，許國忠補充，經輸血1萬8000cc，直到4日清晨才完成手術，送加護病房繼續急救，但急救仍無效。
因公殉職的李承翰與父母同住嘉義市東區，家中排行老二，上有一位姊姊於台中擔任牙醫護士；李承翰平時喜歡慢跑、健身及旅遊，家庭關係融洽；李的雙親哀慟欲絕，認為警察處理糾紛應派兩個人，不要單獨行動，也希望法律不要縱容壞人。

台鐵驚傳旅客殺警案件，3日晚間8點42分，自強號152次列車自嘉義站離站後，54歲鄭姓男子因不願補票，在25歲李姓警員抵達現場後竟拿出水果刀，李警立刻上前試圖制伏，卻遭水果刀刺進右腹部。
李姓勇警不顧傷口臟器外露，還緊抓著凶嫌不放，經旁人趕來齊壓制凶嫌後，他才無力放手，經送醫連夜搶救後仍回天乏術，於4日上午8點27分宣告不治。
警方表示，鄭男3日從台南登上台鐵車152次自強號，坐在第3車廂，列車長巡車時發現他沒有買票；鄭男原本允諾抵達嘉義站後會補票，晚間8點42分到站後卻走到第4車廂，列車長見狀上前，鄭男拒絕補票，與列車長發生爭執，列車長於是通報鐵路警察上車處理。
25歲李姓鐵路警察上車後，鄭男卻拿出預謀的水果刀威嚇，李警見狀立刻上前試圖制伏，雙方於是扭打成一團，過程中鄭男不斷咆哮「沒政府了嗎」、「你想要怎樣！」並持刀不斷攻擊。

混亂中，李警不慎遭水果刀刺進右腹部，據現場旅客表示，李警當場臟器外露，鮮血直流，但手裡仍緊緊抓住鄭男。一旁旅客與列車長見狀一同奮力將鄭男制伏，李警隨即被載往嘉義基督教醫院搶救。

嘉基表示，李警到院後臉色蒼白、意識不清，手術中共輸血1萬多CC，4日凌晨3時許完成手術，轉入加護病房觀察，仍不斷有出血狀況，上午7時許病況急轉直下，停止呼吸心跳，經全力搶救後仍回天乏術，於8點27分宣告不治。（《刑事訴訟法》通過三讀）
