（观察者网讯）当地时间9月19日，据“今日俄罗斯”（RT）援引当地执法部门的消息称，美国纽约州罗切斯特市发生了枪击事件，目前已造成至少2人死亡，16人中枪受伤。
据罗切斯特市警察局透露，枪击事件发生在19日的凌晨，有一男一女被杀害，年龄均为十几岁左右。而据美国全国广播公司（NBC）旗下WHEC-TV电视台的消息称，这起大规模枪击案发生在位于罗彻斯特市宾夕法尼亚大道附近的一个院落聚会上。
目前，罗切斯特当地警方的机动指挥部和纽约州的警察都已到达事发现场，现场聚集了许多应急车辆，相关区域已被封锁。
据RT报道，一名现场目击者对当地媒体形容称，这起枪击事件发生时的枪林弹雨声，听起来“像是在打越南战争”。

According to the Rochester Police Department, the shooting took place in the early hours of the 19th. A man and a woman were killed, both in their teens. According to WHEC-TV, a subsidiary of the National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), the mass shooting took place at a courtyard party near Pennsylvania Avenue in Rochester.
At present, the mobile headquarters of the local police in Rochester and the New York State police have arrived at the scene of the incident. Many emergency vehicles have gathered on the scene and the relevant area has been sealed off.
According to RT reports, an eyewitness at the scene described to local media that the sound of bullets and rain during the shooting sounded "like the Vietnam War".

The acting chief of the Rochester Police Department, Mark Simmons, revealed at a news conference that when the police arrived at the scene, about 100 people were there. Although there may be some witnesses, no arrests have yet been made. Simmons also urged anyone with relevant information to contact the police.
