Joining the father and son Richmond Clowns this morning, Vomit Singh was going on and on in his primary school vocab about the great voice of Olivia Newton John at her concert last night. Big hou lian about how he paid $600+ for tickets for him and wife and say if got chance, will go again, pay $1,000 next time. In the process he said he was "ranting" the whole night about how the singer was 'pitch perfect' - like he knows what he is talking about. Clown and co-hou lian Mark Richmond corrected him - that the word was "raving".

In his case, the word ranting is probably appropriate too.

Btw Olivia Newton John may not have been the greatest singer ever, but she had many hit singles, including "Physical" which was number 1 in both USA and Britain but banned in SG, "Suddenly", a duet with Cliff Richard, and the ballad "I honestly love you".
