strange but true: the King of Siam himself - in order to hv a softie as PM so that he screwed up son can ascend the throne without problems...

when thaksin was PM for 1st term, asia was in financial crisis, but he manage to turn things round for the kingdom. when he was re-elected as PM for 2nd term, more development take place, but things went downhill when he sold shincorp to temasick. that was the turning point.

who's responsible? who caused the bad publicity? we know better
